Return and Refund Policy for The Cookie Lass

At The Cookie Lass, we are committed to delivering freshly baked, high-quality cookies to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold by The Cookie Lass are perishable and custom-made to order. As such, we cannot accept returns or resell items once they leave our kitchen. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds and Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thecookielass@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may require photos of the issue for quality assurance purposes. After reviewing your claim, we will determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged due to our handling.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Products that were not stored properly after delivery.
