At The Cookie Lass, we take great care in preparing and delivering your freshly baked cookies. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process:
Choosing Your Delivery Date
Customers can choose their preferred delivery date at checkout. To ensure your order arrives on the selected date, please place your order at least 72 hours (3 days) before the delivery date. Orders placed with less than 72 hours' notice may not be guaranteed for on-time delivery.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipping. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods
All packages are shipped using Royal Mail's 24-hour tracked service as standard, ensuring timely and secure delivery. However, The Cookie Lass reserves the right to ship via other methods at our discretion. Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and destination within the UK.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of the UK.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service and your selected delivery date at checkout. We aim to have all packages delivered on the specified date, but external factors such as shipping carrier delays may impact this.
Shipping Perishables
Because our cookies are perishable, they are shipped with care to ensure they arrive fresh. In certain cases, orders may be shipped with temperature-control measures. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

While we strive to meet your selected delivery date, The Cookie Lass is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend placing orders in advance to account for any potential delays.
