Relive the days you'd enjoy a GORGEOUS scone in a tearoom. Well, I'm bringing you a delicious, light and delicately sweet scone. Isn’t this what we’ve all been dreaming of?

The signature scone dough, tested for months to bring you only the best. These gorgeous gluten free & vegan scones are buttery, soft and have that perfect tender crumb. They come with the cutest little pot of strawberry jam. All you need is some dairy free cream to whip! Best warmed in the oven or microwave for the best taste and texture.

Lovingly baked in the heart of Pembrokeshire, I use only the best ingredients in my dedicated gluten-free kitchen, where ingredients are organic wherever possible. Scone

Self raising flour (Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agents (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate) Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Vegan butter (Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (70%) (Rapeseed, Palm¹, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.5%), Emulsifiers (Lecithin, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Lactic Acid),Colours (Beta-Carotene) Vitamin A and D, Flavourings), Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent: Tricalcium Phosphate, Soya Milk ( Water, Soy Beans (9%) (Soya), Calcium Salts of Orthophosphoric Acid, Stabiliser: Gellan Gum; Sea Salt, Potassium Iodate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D), Baking Powder (Raising Agents (E 450 (Diphosphates), E 500 (Sodium Carbonates) Starch), lemon juice, Egg Replacement (Water, Pea Protein (3%), Corn Oil, Thickener (Methyl Cellulose), Pea Starch, Gelling Agent (Gellan Gum), Firming Agent (Calcium Lactate), Dried Inactive Yeast, Acid (Lactic Acid), Black Salt, Acidity Regulator (Potassium Bitartrate), Colour (Beta Carotene), Stabilisers (Calcium Carbonate, Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum).

Strawberry Jam

Strawberries, sugar, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent (fruit pectin).

Scone Care 

For the perfect taste and texture these are best enjoyed warm. Heat for 4-5 mins on 180 in an oven, or in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.

You can freeze your scones for up to 3 months. Defrost for around 2 hours before eating and reheat as above.
